BK Magazine listed their favourite Indian restaurants in their column "India's Finest" in their 15th August 2008 issue and listed Indian Host on the top of their list. Here's what they had to say:
......This glass encased venue has a different concept on each level. The 1st floor is the restaurant, the 2nd a wine bar and the 3rd a party room available for special occasions. The décor is both modern and traditional, with funky Indian fixtures on the wall mixed and matched with stylish table settings.
.........The Indian-Chinese food menu is a winner and will certainly have you coming back for more if you’re after something light and authentic.

Hail to the Tandoor!
....And what an incredible, subtle spicy flavour to enhance the tender meat! This was really one of the best dishes – from any cuisine – that I’ve tasted in Bangkok.....
... I’ve never tasted Indian food that was so light, so clean and so lacking in oil....At Indian Host it seems you can put your worries about your waistline to one side and concentrate on enjoying superb food that isn’t going to leave you bloated or belching all the way home....
....I left full, contented and feeling slightly unpatriotic. The food at Indian Host is not as good as most of the Indian food that you find in England. It’s better.
